MGD won 11th All India IPSC Yoga championship held at the Scindia School, Fort Gwalior

A CLEAN SWEEP by MGD
11th All India IPSC Yoga championship held at the Scindia School, Fort Gwalior.
MGD won all 3 categories U - 14,17,and19. 
MGD also won overall championship for 8th consecutive year. 
We won 19 gold medals which is our best performance ever. Kanishka Agrawal U- 14 and 
Parul Khicha U -17 won Best of the best performer award .
10 girls got selected to represent IPSC in SGFI nationals to be held at Aurangabad (Maharashtra) and New Delhi in month of January . Name of


Workshop for Junior Scientist hunt by Technoglobe @ MGD

A workshop for Junior Scientist hunt by Technoglobe in our school AV Room from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm was organised by HOD Science ,Mrs DeepikaTyagi in coordination with the team from Technoglobe. Models based on Physics principles and laws were shown to students of classes 7 to 10 th. Students  also actively participated with full curiosity and enthusiasm. They  tried to understand the mechanism behind each model and they also experimented on their own .


MGD won the trophy for the “Best School “in this event and Khushi Daga was declared as the 3rd best speaker.

An English Declamation competition was held at Springdales School, Jaipur on 05 Oct 2018. Two students -Khushi Daga & Saloni Maheshwari were the participants from our school. Many teams from schools across Jaipur participated in this competition. MGD won the trophy for the “Best School “in this event and Khushi Daga(Cl12) was declared as the 3rd best speaker.


MGDians at “Nrityaparva”, the All India IPSC Dance competition at the Assam Valley School, Tezpur, Assam-2018.

“Nrityaparva”, the All India IPSC Dance competition was held at the Assam Valley School, Tezpur, Assam from the 1st September -3rd September 2018. From our school, a group of 13 girls escorted by Mrs. Nikita Mudgal participated in the events. Amongst 16 schools, MGD was one of the few who participated in all the four categories, namely solo classical dance, group semi-classical dance, group folk dance and group western danc

MGD swimming team brought laurels to school by won 57 medals in CBSE West Zone Swimming Meet held at DPS, Chhindwara, MP

We are glad to congatulate our swimming champions for winning 57 medals in total in CBSE West Zone Swimming Meet  held at DPS, Chhindwara, MP.


MGD cricket team bagged 2nd runners up position in IPSC Cricket (U-19) tournament held at Mayo College, Ajmer.

We are proud to announce that our cricket team participated in IPSC Cricket (U-19) Tournament and secured 2nd runners up position. In this tournament Yashasvi Katta won the best Bowler trophy and Manasvi Katta best Batswoman.

We are proud to announce 3 national selections in Taekwondo this year.

A team of 17 girls along with coach Ms. Sarita participated in IPSC TAEKWONDO champions 2018 held at VDJS, Hisar from 9th to 12th September 2018. Total 8 schools participated in this event and we are proud to announce that MGD girls secured 3rd position, winning total 15 medals in which 3 are gold, 5 silver and 7 bronze. In the under 17 category we won 2nd runners up trophy.

Also a team of 11 girls along with coach participated in the West Zone CBSC taekwondo competition held from 13th to 17th September 2018. Total 250 schools


Community Service Club MGD received Social Action Award

Social Action Award being given to the Community Service Club MGD, for their immense contribution and service, towards the various causes supported by the NGO called IDF Indian Development Foundation.


Shree M.D. Rathi Left for heavenly abode on 12/09/2018

It is with deep sadness that we inform about the passing away of Mr MD Rathi on12/09/2018 at Beawar, Rajasthan. 
He was born in 1926, at Beawar, he served MGD for a long spell of almost 50 years as a Financial Advisor. He was one of the pioneer member of Board of Governors. Indeed his valuable contribution to MGD will always be remembered and acknowledged. 
Our prayers and heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family. May God give them the strength to bear this irreparable loss.
