Students from Maharani Gayatri Devi Girls’ School, Jaipur, participated in a five-day space internship program at the Birla Institute of Scientific Research from October 6th to 10th.
This internship was a first collaborative internship Program between BISR Ozone Space, MGD Girls'School, DM & SDG club and Supernova club.
The internship aimed to provide students with practical exposure towards emerging technologies in Remote sensing, Geographic Information System (GIS), and Global Positioning System (GPS), which are increasingly relevant in the fields of geography, physics and space science.
The program was conducted under the expert guidance of Dr. Mahaveer Punia (Director of BISR), Mr. Chetan Yadav (founder of Ozone Space), and Ms. Anamika ( IT Prof BISR), whose mentorship and dedication ensured a highly enriching learning experience focused on the Concept of Knowledge beyond books.
