A heartfelt homecoming at MGD, as Mrs. Rosalind Simon revisits the corridors of legacy and memory.”

At Maharani Gayatri Devi Girls' School, it was a deeply emotional homecoming as Mrs. Rosalind Simon, personal secretary to the Founder Principal, Ms. Lutter, revisited the campus that holds a lifetime of memories.

At 85, seated in her wheelchair and accompanied by her daughter Tanya, she moved gently through the corridors, her eyes reflecting moments from another era — the formative years she spent alongside Ms. Lutter, helping shape the institution’s early journey.

She chose to spend a few quiet moments in reflection, absorbing the familiar surroundings, remembering the past with grace and gratitude.

It was more than a visit.

It was a return to memories, to legacy, to a chapter of life that continues to live within the heart of MGD.
