The first Kaizen Personality Development Session for the academic session 2026–27 set a heartwarming tone at MGD Girls’ School, Jaipur, as new boarders were welcomed into a nurturing and inclusive environment. The session introduced the essence of Kaizen, along with thoughtfully designed modules like profile building for senior students and mental wellness sessions for all.

Through engaging ice-breakers and interactive activities, students began forming connections, easing into their new surroundings, and embracing their “home away from home.” The session concluded on a reflective note, with students sharing their thoughts and experiences, fostering a safe space for open expression without judgment.
