As part of the Kaizen Personality Development Programme, MGD Girls' School organised an engaging session on Effective Communication for boarders of Grades I–IX.

The interactive session, joined by visiting teachers Ms. Anjali and Ms. Gunjan from Vidya Devi Jindal School, Hisar, encouraged students to explore the importance of both verbal and non-verbal communication. Through thoughtfully designed activities, participants learnt the value of listening attentively, observing mindfully, speaking thoughtfully, and communicating with confidence and respect.

At MGD, we believe that effective communication is a cornerstone of leadership, collaboration, and lifelong learning.
