Maharani Gayatri Devi Girls’ School, Jaipur, celebrated its 83rd School Birthday with an atmosphere of warmth, pride, and joyful remembrance, honouring a legacy that has inspired generations of young women.

The celebration was graced by Dr. Aparna Bhargava Dharwadker, alumna of the Batch of 1971, as the Chief Guest, along with distinguished members of the MGD family and Board of Governors.

The occasion brought together tradition, achievement, creativity, and celebration—from the ceremonial cake cutting and birthday messages to the Roll of Honour and Scholarship Distribution, recognising the dedication and accomplishments of our young achievers.

The celebration also featured student paintings, the Inter-House English Comic Drama Competition – “Proverbs Reimagined,” and a delightful Prep Section dance performance. The festivities culminated in the announcement of results, with Florence Nightingale House winning the prestigious Silver Shield for Best Performance.

As MGD looks back on 83 remarkable years, we celebrate the traditions that have shaped us, the achievements that make us proud, and the generations of young women who continue to carry the MGD legacy forward.
