On April 21st, 2025, ARCH College, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, hosted an art therapy workshop titled "Unmasking the Artist Within". Ms. Tusharika Singh and Ms Kritika attended the workshop where teachers from 70 schools participated and it was was led by Ms. Archana Surana, Founder and Director of ARCH Academy. The engaging sessions focused on reflective art therapy for mental well-being and reimagining creative education.

Workshop Activities were :

1. Web of Self- Participants created a web using wool while reflecting on a word that describes themselves. This activity highlighted unconscious thoughts and self-expression.

2. Free Flowing Activity-Teachers created masks representing their thoughts and feelings using scrap materials. This activity revealed conscious and unconscious emotions.

3. Break the Barrier- Participants collaborated to create geometrical designs on t-shirts, promoting trust and breaking traditional teaching barriers.
