With heavy hearts, Maharani Gayatri Devi Girls’ School bid farewell to their beloved teacher, Ms. Shiva Kameshwari. Joining the school in 2003, she served for 22 years with dedication, leaving a lasting impact on countless young minds. Throughout her career, she took on various responsibilities with sincerity and passion, inspiring students both in her lessons and with her love for chemistry.
The assembly honoring her included heartfelt messages, bouquets, cards, and gifts from students, reflecting their sincere gratitude for a passionate, caring, and cheerful teacher. Students also presented Ms. Shiva with bouquets, cards, and gifts as tokens of their affection. The assembly ended with warm goodbyes to a passionate teacher who never gave up on her students and made a subject as challenging as chemistry enjoyable and accessible for them.
This was followed by a ceremony filled with laughter and fond memories attended by the Director, the Principal, administrative officer and her colleagues. She was felicitated by the Director Mrs Archana S. Mankotia with a memento and a cheque to honor her decades of dedicated service at MGD. It was followed by speeches by Administrative officer Col SS Sangwan, Academic Coordinator Dr. Annu Mathur , HOD Science , Mrs. Manju Paliwal and colleagues who blended humorous anecdotes from the lab with sincere gratitude for her inspiring lessons.
The heartwarming performance by the science department added vibrancy to the occasion.
A visibly moved Mrs.Kameshwari expressed her thanks and love to the MGD family. Her legacy of passion and knowledge will undoubtedly continue to react positively within the school community for years to come.
