On 26 September 2025, MGD Girls' School, in partnership with the Delphic Council of Rajasthan, hosted an inspiring talk show titled "Beyond the Badge." The event featured a compelling conversation with Ms Malini Agarwal, Director General of Police (DGP), Civil Rights and AHT, Jaipur, Rajasthan and members of the Delphic Council of Rajasthan- Ms. Kirti Sharma, Ms. Shipra Sharma, and Ms. Shabana Dagar.

The session provided a unique platform to students and helped them gain insights into her professional and personal journey.

The ceremony proceeded with a floral presentation by the Principal, Mrs Pramendra Khangarot.

The core of the event was a talk show led by Nandita Jain and Navya Choraria. The conversation, which touched upon the personal experiences and professional challenges of a high-ranking police officer, was both insightful and motivational. Ms Agarwal shared her wisdom, the challenges she faced as an officer and also discussed about her journey, both personal and professional.

The students were given a rare glimpse into the human side of a leader in public services, going beyond the badge.

The talk show was followed by an interactive Q&A session with the audience.
