MGD Girls’ School’s boarding community participated in a meditation session from under the guidance of Ms Aarti Rana in the Stadium.
The session was aimed at alleviating stress and promoting quality mental health amongst students. It was especially therapeutic and helped calm the nerves of students with regard to their upcoming examinations. It helped the students understand the importance of meditating on a regular basis and its impact on our body and mind. The session was truly inspirational and left a lasting impact on everyone.
